HEYYYYY you guys,
More often than not the word kitchen conjures up pleasant feelings of warm food, a full fridge and midnight snacks. This weeks meditation, shines the light on the not so appetizing parts of the happy tummy operation. 🍓
THE clean UP.
I would rather drink peroxide than unload the dishwasher.
Because it slows me down..... a LOT. I can't hurry it since a. things are breakable andddd I cant really half ass any actions since most things pretty much go in different departments. (ok the only place i CAN cut corners is the silverware, and it drives my mom kinda nuts.)
This weekends meditation focuses around the idea that putting things back, mindfully, helps us understand the value of maintaining the things we love.
